What exactly does it mean to not follow a multitude to do evil?  There are a few ways we can look at this passage, but we're going to focus on the one perspective involving judgment and justice.

Exodus 23:2-3 KJV
Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment: Neither shalt thou countenance a poor man in his cause.
